Don't disagree with you about a falling trend. All I was saying is you will see 2.75-3.25 again before this is over. Purely technical. Certainly many more out there with better value.

WRONG - those that sold still have some of their capital, while those that hold are being burned. The trend here is a falling share price for the past 13 years. Maybe you haven't noticed but prior to split, this stock was trading in the $30's. Split adjusted you could say it has fallen from $37 to $4. Nothing mysterious about the trend there.
