RE:My Take - highlighted in RED - Today's news release

RE:My Take - highlighted in RED - Today's news release"The company has confirmed that the manufacturer of the Tinley-branded products shipped more than $200,000 of products to distributors' facilities in June and July, plus additional amounts for sales and marketing samples. This quantity of inventory, which represents all five of the company's products, was shipped based on the quantity of products requested by various distributors prior to the pause in manufacturing that had occurred in late 2018." This is confirmation that the previous dispensaries that placed orders received them & the orders are worth "more than 200k." It doesn't say if they re-ordered etc though, but we've seen via social media that the stone daisy & high horse were sold out at a few different dispensaries. In June Tinley mentioned in the monthly update that they've had to increase production capacity at the temporary facility, so unless they are selling more than the 250k production capacity that was once available than why increase it?? In June this was the wording used in the monthly update. "Increasing production capacity at the Companys expanded temporary facility in Riverside County." https://webfiles.thecse.com/190630_CSE_Form_7_-_Monthly_Progress_Report_-_June.pdf?bBe5.mnNqb62GWmUfOeZWWh92V0H4ko3 In July this was the wording used in the monthly update. "Optimizing production efficiency at the Companys expanded temporary facility in Riverside County." https://webfiles.thecse.com/190731_CSE_Form_7_-_Monthly_Progress_Report_-_July.pdf?BGnCF9nqOLOG20PqviP59bizx9Bs90Ue "The company is pleased with its progress toward restocking stores that had carried its products prior to the fall 2018 production pause, as well as with obtaining listings in new stores." Jeff mentioned not too long ago that Tinley was in 50 Dispensaries with another 30 on the waiting list, if I'm not mistaken. It was in a interview that I don't remember at this very moment. I Will try to find a link unless someone can post it after reading this. "As a result, the company's products are now available in dispensaries in most key markets throughout California. These products are also available via home delivery throughout the San Francisco Bay area, including Silicon Valley, as well as in portions of Los Angeles. Additionally, the company's products are available for on premise consumption in licensed cannabis lounges in San Francisco and the Palm Springs area. Requests for company products have also been received from several cannabis lounges that are expected to be among the first to open in Los Angeles later this year." I hear a lot of people saying Tinley needs to hurry up & do xyz before Hexo, Canopy, TGOD or the boogeyman crush Tinley.... But IMO, people should be saying Hexo, Canopy, TGOD & the boogeyman need to hurry up & get exposure to the largest beverage & rec market which is where Tinley is building a credible brand as I type this post. Moving on before I hurt some feelings.... "The manufacturer continues to have ample capacity with its phase 2 licensed manufacturing and bottling facility agreement in place for the Tinley-branded products as well as for those of co-packing clients." I'm not going to argue about weather Jeff or management acknowledged the delay of the LBF. Things don't always go as planned, especially with start ups in a new space that is still federally illegal. If you can't live with delays in the cannabis space or in general than I think you have some very high expectations that may "never" be met with any company or in life period. We wouldn't want management doing anything that we "CantTrust." Get it? Egh, bad joke I know. You are aware Tinley just did a oversubscribed PP right? If Tinley wanted to expand to Nevada I think they may possibly be able to find the money etc. Anyway, once again, in the last two previous monthly updates that can be found on www.thecse.com Tinley mentioned that they've increased production capacity at the temp facility, why or how will that affect Tinley's Nevada expansion timeline assuming that it is the next state in line for expansion like you mentioned? I don't get why or how you came to that conclusion without touching on the subject a little more... Co-Packing Clients The Company has formulated products for two prospective co-packing services clients, both of which are widely known brands. The Company has also received substantial inbound interest in facilitating cannabis-infused co-packing services from other companies, most of which are currently operating in the beverage alcohol, health beverage and cannabis industries. "Tinley has formulated products for two well-known clients. I am guessing that the two clients are still contemplating and yet to do definitive agreement for co-packing with Tinley. Please, keep in mind, we are not the only company who can provide co-packing services in California. So, no revenue from Co-packing yet. Many players are interested for co-packing, although management has been saying this for months. Please, check old NRs." I would say there's a time & place for everything, and these co-packing clients & Tinley are waiting for several things to take place. A, more clarity on the states act or federal legalization in the U.S. B, edibles are not even legal yet in Canada & Tinley can wait to make the announcement when it seems in the best interest of "all parties involved." C, It could be a Large Alcohol, Beverage / CPG company or Brand that is well from the backgrounds our management come from!! The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, this may be a relevant quote in this case! Also, LA is filled with some very popular people like Jamie Fox who Tinley had the opportunity of partying with & displaying some beverages for guests last month. Check July 14th 2019 Twitter post on @drinktinley You can say there's more than one everything in life, but can you actually say there's a better company to produce "popular non alcoholic liquor inspired thc infused beverages," or thc/cbd infused beverages in general for that matter in California or elsewhere than with Tinley? Meh, to each their own I suppose. You could say Tinley's not the only company doing xyz, or you could literally say Tinley's the only company doing xyz, hahaha. "Preliminary agreement with Two Canadian Cannabis companies. Definitive agreement to follow in future. I am not sure about the companys strategy here. Does this agreement mean they are going to use two different bottling facilities (e.g. one east and one in west etc.) ? This might be stretched out process, I am thinking Tinleys products wont be out in Canada till next year. (I dont think its a bad thing as long as we have them out for summer 2020.)" Tinley will be working with more than One LP to bring not only Tinley's products but more than likely to develop third party drinks for those "Canadian Cannabis LP's." It will be a stretched process for all the Canadian LP's making beverages etc, not just Tinley. But thankfully Tinley is located in SoCal & can expand to Nevada while others wait for Canada to figure out that "stretched process." This only makes Tinley more valuable, IMO. "I think this revenue stream should have good margin. Although, the revenue itself might be very low." Some is better than none & profit is profit. Tinley will be profitable before many of these Cannabis LP's, mark my words!
