RE:$210,000,000 USA $$$$$

RE:$210,000,000 USA $$$$$Looks like Boris sold 500,000 But looks like Gordon granted himself option. I noticed 6 of the 12 grant of options  have filing dates and transaction dates from 2010-2014 and 6 are from 2019 and the tranactions seem to be mirrors of eachother? The older filing /transaction dates might be from Employee Stock Options because those can vest over 10 years IIRC i looked it up.

In other news i checked both my accounts and the BID shows as $0.09 in both my accounts

Looked it up and ////

"Stock Exchange Actions
Before the stock market opens, the exchanges look at the buy and sell orders that have been entered to be filled when the market opens. ... If a lot has happened in the news relevant to the stock since the previous close, the opening price might be quite different from the last day's closing price.

Also from the foot notes in my trading account

  1. Price shown is Bid (for long positions) and Ask (for short positions) at the close of the previous trading day. For mutual funds, price shown is the closing price at the close of the previous trading day.
Based on the info from zacks.com and TD showing the BID for long positions I'm guessing there were buy orders put in after the market closed?
