The problem is nobody really knows when the deadline is, you here all sorts of stuff on this board like my "broker" says and we have until end of August the truth is the Broker knows the same as us NOTHING. The only thing we know is that this has been halted for over 3 months with NO updates from the company. What kind of professional accounting firm needs a whole quarter to complete a quarters worth of accounting on a company that has NO sales, what they probably did is screw themselves up by all the paper shuffling from one company to the next and now they are caught and trying to get it all back on track. 

No need to be waiting so long to release to the shareholders some info letting us know where things stand. IF this is a good product and I believe it is you will not be able to hide it, when FDA comes, and Dr's start pushing it the sales will soar and so will the SP regardless of shorters.

Something does not add up yes I am Pissed and if there is bad business going on you bet you can sign me up for a class action lawsuit, I have too much invested into this company to let a few clowns get away with my hard earned money.

Again just venting but it is the way I feel.
