It is nondiversified. 456 million shares- looks like needs to reverse split first

before anything happens here...way too many shares outstanding.

recommend 1 new for 7 old this gets it to 65 million or even better 1 new for 10 old. then a nice private placement or bought deal and now you have a good start at a public company .
