Who sold the large block of shares? We now know.

Who sold the large block of shares? We now know.Guess which investor sold their position? As they say always good to read the fine print. Privet used to hold 12.5mm shares (just over 10%) and about half of that has been sold as of July 31. There was no filing to declare the sale which surprises me given the over 10% holdings and “control” according to regulatory rules.

Below is an excerpt from the the last management circular for director voting. Also mr levenson used to be the chair of the AJX compensation committee. Interesting how his successor and other directors received such a low number of votes during the last election... (maybe a now former large shareholder voted against them...). Other changes have occurred during this time such as removing the poison pill.

” Ryan Levenson, a Director of the Corporation is the founding principal, managing member and portfolio manager of Privet Fund Management LLC, a US Company. Mr. Levenson will be retiring as a Director of the Corporation as of the Meeting date.”
