"What do you feel as President is most important for you to do moving forward in relation to improving shareholder value, outside of top-line sales?
Do you think that being not as aggressive over the past 3 years (during the time-frame where large cap LPs were very aggressive and therefore reduced their cost of capital) has impacted the company in a negative way? What is being done to change the perception?"
This is the nicest way of asking "WTF were you losers doing over the last 3 years when everyone else was making moves?!?"
