With respect i don't believe you can blame the last few yrs of no progress on Dinning. Essel has been in charge for a while now and they are doing the funding ? not Dinnning. He can only wait for them to do what they are planning to do  in the timeframe they have.
Since there is very little if any communication we don't know whats really going on and why Essel has not acted in what  "we" would consider to be a timely manner.
I'm sure Dinning is just as frustrated with Essel as we are but its a matter of wait for them to act.
Its probably a lot more complicated to hire a drilling team , get the permits from the host countries, put together the funding which i gather is not chump change and just generally put everything together to move a drilling project like this together.

If in the next few mths Essel has not put out a communication i believe we would have every right to ask what the heck is taking so long when back in the winter there was speculation that a well  would be drilled  most likely by end of summer and up to this point there isn't even a hint that a drilling co. has been hired yet and the preparation of the drill site has not  been started when we know it takes 3--4 mths to just  prepare such a site.
I guess all we can do is presume that Essel are acting on these things behind the scenes and   " soon "  they will be in a position to announce the progress we have been expecting for some time now.

Just my thoughts on the situation.
