RE:RE:ACI Locked until October 25thQuestion would be, how much debt is floating rate and how much is fixed-term and won’t immediately follow any drop.

ACI shares held are escrowed for 12 months following close of the IPO, as per the prospectus.
(Page 110 for anyone curious and sleep-deprived)
That’s late October.

Interesting that if/as interest levels shrink their debt becomes cheaper and their dividend more valuable.  I hav eneve rbelieved they need to increase their dividend quickly but once th estock pric ereaches 24 I expect they will feel they need to and also be in a position to do so with the credit markets.
