Morningstar is quite conservative in their review and surprisingly accurate in the short term, (normally in a few days/weeks, SP will goes there) I like yahoo financial SP target of .90 cents which could mean if Stans win then the Russians will help with the mine(s).  Who knows in a 12-24 months Stans' SP can be over a buck.
