ATB-352 is an H2S-releasing derivative of ketoprofen, a potent NSAID commonly prescribed for acute pain. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

NaproxenIs marketed under at least 22 names! Aleve is the most famous one...Imagine how many companies will put out new meds containing the Arb 346 molecule,all boasting « won’t upset your stomach,etc.
