I believe that is incorrect. The total share count including locked-up is 110 million. All of those shares are included in the current Market Cap.

Those 17.00 warrants expire in a year or so I think.. that added 70 million shares to the count I believe. So 190 million out now. Maybe wrong there but I know I seen it somewhere
