RE:RE:RE:CEO bought Timing is everything... and yes, he's done very well for himself and for shareholders over time. 

My other point was, its not a big deal for a multimillionaire to drop a tiny percentage of his investment portfolio into a poor performing stock he feels might turnaround... its all relative.
