Spin-offShould LED separate it’s high margin software business from the equipment side? Or, perhaps, spin-off the AI unit. Or, perhaps create three units. The Gum-Gum spinoff of Pearl, plus the emergence of Orca, etc are changing the game. Shuman has a bird’s eye view to these changes and, with Gane, Roberts and Crucs, has the mental firepower to engineer the correct path forward.
Pearl has Tanz, but we have Crucs. The only thing we don’t know is what, exactly, Crucs has. Hopefully, it’s good enough to join the revolution.
