Pieridae Energy Limited is a Canadian energy company. Switching from Kellogg&Root?  Or just giving the switch TO them (was there anyone else?) as a plausible reason for delay?

As far as having trouble with the "bridge financing"- that is usually called finding some live equity investors.  [I guess since they "have" the German loans, but probably need to show the Germans that someone with pockets has skin in the game.... that gets called "needing bridge financing."  Not so difficult, just some bridge financing to finish the package. Cool.]
