RE:RE:RE:Low Volume Pullback Night do you think that is why UR has retained an investment back to manage a take over? It's hard to know exactly but that is one task of an investment bank along with raising capital. I also think there could be some kind of restructuring of share count by way of reverse stock split with some underwriting with other institutions involved.

Care to expand on your thoughts about the investment bank ?
