Suing them!
Eleven CSE Companies participated in the Bridgemark scheme....as the BCSC Regulators call it....and they have all either fired the scheme participating executives, admitted guilt, entered into a settlement agreement with the Regulators, changed company name and symbol. All except one....PREV! At least we can say that Van Deventer is bold, for he tried to deflect blame by suing the very individuals that he entered into a Private Placement with, and then paid them $2.7 million UP FRONT for promised one year services. And now they [PREV] are being sued in a wide spread Class Action lawsuit. Back at you!
So where is PREV at with their lawsuit? Well, they were granted two default judgements.....because the Defendents did not show in court. Good for Deventer! Now try and collect on that judgement.....if you can find them. Isn't it ironic? This is the calibre of consultants that Deventer paid $2.7 million too.
I have always said.....either management is guilty of a scheming fraud, or stupidity! It has to be one or the other.
