RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Robert Marcovitch Interim CEO will announce Update FridayWhen I say "inside" I mean I am in the industry and I also worked for a firm that was suspended for 4 months. I understand the process from within, how Health Canada handles itself, how Executives choose to cherry pick information to white lie to the public and how many people/money is at stake. I lost a fortune on that one and I see the lies again, so yeah, it's deja vu.
It is the same as comparing it to both Ascent and Bonify because this is a Cannabis Act issue. I have read the act, the edibles regs, the provincial regs, licensing manual, CTLS, GPP and so on. CannTrust's violation is of the highest level.
The partial suspension is normal process. They do their visit, they find stuff they don't like, they quaratine product and leave with a partial suspension notice and a due date for a report. The sales were not voluntarily stopped. Bonify tried that same vocabulary and it can be reviewed on BNN from George of RavenQuest on January 22nd where he claims that their special committee wroked so fast and so well that Health Canada was so impressed with them and they volunteered to stop selling and everyone was happy.... Bull. Weeks later, full suspension.
I run a sales team in the sector and just recently received a warning letter about a teammate handing out free fruit water at a store pop-up while talking about cannabis products. The very words were "this is a violation of the act". That was for free, fruit infused water to bring a comfortable environment to educating about cannabis products.
If you focus on the facts that occured it's quite evident the real outcome.
That said, if I am wrong and they do get good news and told they can go back to work, I 100% flip and say to buy on that news. It won't matter if it's up 40% that day, it's a buy. Hands down, a buy. But bag holding into that, is a dangerous game of risk. Shareholders will NOT get their money back if this goes to hell.

So you are saying you arent speculating.. You being an “insider” have information that enables you to know that Canntrust is toast?
If this is the case then goodluck to longs... Class actions will give a fraction back...
But how is Canntrust partially suspended? Has that been publicly announced? Or is that an insider note your telling?
You cannot base the other companies on this case, Ascent was given a warning to stop and they didnt...
Pulverizer whatever your intent is, i dont think you are here to save these investors from
losing their money.. Nor is Ghost, when the stock pumped 45% , he said he made $300... Yet he kept bashing throughout the pump
as if being salty...
But if that is your motive then youre a great guy... ; )
No one cares about a strangers money.. Dont fool or be fooled.. Just ask the guys from canntrust

I have been down this road once already, as both a shareholder and an insider. I know how this works, what is going on behind the scenes and how Health Canada deals with this. I also have met the very man who will sign the suspension letter.
So I am very confident in my point of view.

Speculate with what ifs... Didnt you say a week or so ago HC was going to comment on suspension that week? Then you changed to end of month?
Speculation is the game, but dont bash someone for speculating with outrageous thoughts on one spectrum while you think outrageous thoughts on the other side...
Whatever will be will be.
