RE:Forever gratefulThere are many many long term shareholders here and we have been resisting the actions of this awful BOD4. 

We blocked the merger and now we need control of our company again. 

If you sold any of your position buy it back and more. Make sure you put your vote in to remove these guys. They are a blight.

The regulators are now examing these guys very carefully. Any padding of their votes by issuing a lot of shares cheaply is what will be the alert.

Everybody do their bit. Vote and move these people on.
