RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:My posts where bearish Unfortunately... under  US LAW..  it takes a while..  but Cypress has tried ( to the best of my knowledge)  to attempt to settle this matter  by showing up  but unfortunately the other party is MIA.      

In the overall scheme of things  this lawsuit is actually  pretty low on the things that need do be completed.
