Management needs to modify this plan to reflect the sp price moving up and holding for more than just a quarter or two. And as I said before, there needs to be a cap and a diminishing % paid as the sp moves up during a quarter or two as this may not reflect the longer term market valuation. So now that the sp is down, do employees pay back some of this money??? Of course not and this clearly demonstrates the flaw is the company's design of its share based compensation plan.
