It's lovely to say you have space available and it will be the biggest in the world!!
How are they going to pay for the old Kraft building to be converted into a Cannabis Hydroponic Warehouse? Look into other LP's who thought they could convert old manufacturing/production company buildings into grow op's... it doesn't work. There are chemicals and bad pathnogens in those buildings that are extremely expensive to get rid of (if they're able). 

This is a pipe dream, get out now.
