Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical stage pharmaceutical company. As the lead agent and sole bookrunner for the financing, Mackie Research made out like a bandit. Someone suggested that brokers who promote deals, rarely support the underlying security.

Clearly that is the case here. Mackie is still MIA.

Perhaps Mackie is waiting for news to pump the price and squeeze shorts quickly, creating potential rocket fuel for a rapid snap-back in price.
