RE:Which do you prefer, a paper profit or a steady dividend ?

I personally am a long term investor, and I prefer a steady and growing dividend over time which this company provides. When a company has a steady and growing dividend over time the share price WILL follow, providing of course nothing changes fundamentally with the company.
