The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

RE:The way this is tradingManagement and execution have little to do with the way TGIF stock has been trading for well over a year now. The performance of the CSE index pretty much dictates how we trade week to week. We`re at the whim of the large US MSO's like CURA and GTII who constitute a large portion of the CSE index.

Pull up the one year chart of both TGIF and compare it to the CSE, if we didn't have so many good things coming for us in the future then we would be valued even lower judinging by the index. I'm confident this fall we'll see a healthy recovery for the sector as hype comes back for the growth of the US mj market. Even without legalization these companies are going to continue to grow and put out impressive revenues. Big money will return.
