RE:Judgement award

RE:Judgement awardHello timeforawinner2,

I believe the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), (the Unicitral Arbitration) according to an article published 23 August 2019 by the  Bishkek-24.kg news agency, by Julia Kostenothe does show the Kyryzstan Republic and presumably Stans were informed of the arbitrators reasons for the award but it remains questionable whether or not the arbitrators gave their reasons for ruling to compensate only some of the direct costs and for rejecting the rest of Stans’ claims.!!!

The article’s first paragraph of eight paragraphs reads as follows “ 14:02, 23 August 2019, Bishkek- 24.kg news agency, by Julia KOSTENKO” “ International arbitration satisfied about 6 percent of claims of Stans Energy Corp. and Kutessay Mining LLC to Kyrgzstan, having ruled to compensate only some direct costs for development of Kutessay II and Kalesay deposits and a part of the court costs, but rejected the rest of the claims. The Center for Legal Representation of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.”

Regrettably, Stans to date has not released a PR briefing shareholders  whether or not the arbitrators informed Stans their reasons for ruling to compensate only some of the direct costs and for rejecting the rest of Stans’ claims and Stans’ strategy post arbitration ruling .
