Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

Theralase is all about risk/reward and the price is in the abyss so the downside would appear to be at an end but the upside would seem to be stagnant for the near future. It would appear TLT is a husband and wife show with sketchy characters but a terrific scientific team on the other side. If the science proves to be up to the task, we are headed for a massive payday even with crappy management.
