Recent run-up doesn't make sense

Recent run-up doesn't make sensePlease read sedar.com for their annual results for 2018 (issued June 4 2019) from a small auditor (ha ha) called BDO.

They have a warning labeled "Going Concern" that keep me away.


The stock price may be being manipulated, it's not difficult with such a low price and trading volume. Somebody can spend $10K in a day and make it soar. This is a very speculative stock, they are not profitable and have huge debts.
