RE:RE:Judgement award

RE:RE:Judgement award
The PCA does explain its decisions in detail to to the parties involved. The parties can choose at the start of thecase whether to have the whole legal process made public with ongoing postng of the documents as they become available  on the PCA site under the case . Appears that Stans and Kry chose not to do this. I have included a link, I hope it works to another case I have experience with as an investor (unfortunately). The full findings/award document for this case is 367 pages and explains clearly why the award was so decided upon. Also, remember that the arbitrator for whom the decision really went against will invariably write a dissent (also available to the concerned parties) explaining their disagreements with the decision in detail. Such a dissent may form the basis for future court action. I am sure Stans has all this information and is mulling it over with the funders. It is up to them to do as they wish with this information it in the future.
