Disturbing and it does sound familiar. I don't think it's a big surprise that many of the shares of SOL that go out to purchase an asset end up in the hands of Defran either directly or indirectly.  These shares are essentially free, less the cost that went into said asset.  Hence the relentless and constant selling of shares anonymously with no real limit on the sale price.
