RNC Minerals key numbers and their relevance:revenue, profit

RNC Minerals key numbers and their relevance:revenue, profitRNC Minerals key numbers and their relevance: revenue, profit, PE, EPS, etc. from a good post by @doctorchris on CEO.ca rnxpublic August 24th 2019:
«While MF may be a bit of a joke, one thing in the article did pique my interest. They mentioned that investors should take a look at RNC because it’s revenue had grown 30 something percent. It reminded me that average people aren’t going to notice a stock unless some of the key numbers look good. People look at revenue, profit, PE, EPS, and then maybe look at dividends. With thousands of stocks to choose from, you can’t possibly do an in depth analysis of them all. So we all use some sort of screening method. And unless your method involves reading articles about gold mining, you aren’t going to find RNC. No one is setting their screener to look for companies with declining revenue, declining profit, negative cash flow, and no dividend. People reading this page may know that all of that is a temporary situation, but Joe Six-pack doesn’t. Once those big numbers change, and RNC starts showing up on people’s screens, the interest in this stock will change dramatically. IMHO, of course.»
