Capitulation selling

On this low volume, one person with a reasonable holding (there was one of 82,000 shares selling at 30 cents CDN a short while ago), is enough to bring the stock price down.
I suspect the 82K shares was simply a panicked seller throwing in the towel and shouting No Mas.

Has anyone been in contact with the company today?
