Insiders will always have some insider information on the company they work for. Part if the point of making insider buys public is so we can see that they are purchasing and decide ourselves if it is because of something they know. Mr. Woolford buying because he knows Northern Shield paid us but it hasn't been publicly announced yet would be illegal. Woolfors buying because they are supposed to start paying us after being happy with our product demonstration and being on site with their management expressing happiness at the quality of the pilot project is not illegal. How could insiders not know more than people who dont work for the company?
