Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

Unfortunately, no one can tell the probability of success. P-value means only the probability of seeing pain relief score 7 by chance. However, Antibe decided to test 346 at 250mg and below rather than 1000mg standard naproxen daily dose. I would interpret it as 346 perform much better than expected.
