RE:All a smokescreen?

RE:All a smokescreen? and why would that be obvious it will drop to $2.50.  Seems a concerted effort amonst the Americans to throw Canadian energy under the bus, whether its shorting the stocks, bashing the companies, or paying off environmentalists to stage protests.  The value is the value, if they have $243 million in FCF at $50 WTI for next year, that could be used to buy back 50 million shares and send the stock skyrocketing.  Up to management what to do.  In the NR they state balance sheet preseveration as the number one goal, so that leads me to believe paying off debt is the most important goal , followed by the dividend and lastly growth.
