Doubtful you see XBC trade that tight to its PP price, not unless we see a general mkt selloff. There is zero value for any PP participant to flip stock for a penny gain, with news and deals imminent before year-end. It traded up to 1.76 on heavy buying from TD, almost like the accumulation of a large position, hard to say if that is institutional or retail but obviously positive if one if willing to pay that far above the PP to accumulate a significant position
