RE:RE:RE:Investor Complaint to OSC regarding asset sale to LKS!
Poor Scottie99 now coming out with an old case closed...

It is the same Scottie who tried to convince Twin Butte investors that buying the stock was better than buying the debentures when they were trading at $0.08-$0.20 on the dollar. How did that turn out?

Now he is out here talking about some conspiracy. Lol!

Seriously, the whole sector has been trashed and this thing does not belong at $9 nor most of Canadian energy stocks at their current price. Dividend yield is very attractive, company has low debt, has a lot of refining assets which provide a nice, natural hedge to specific Canadian egress issues.

LKS could be looking at taking this private and why wouldn't he consider the option? The old Jim Pattison is doing exactly that with Canfor right now.

It would be opportunistic and a bad outcome for long term shareholders who have paid much higher prices but, we live into an algo dominated world that bring stocks to ridiculous valuation due to their analysis of the past and that cyclical companies perform poorly during a recession. Now the underperformance is happening years prior and pricing in the next 3 recessions into one...
