RE:RE:RE:RE:Eye of the ballBC Hydro is open to buying power where the projects has benefits to aboriginal communities and companies as stated in the new energy policy.
it is only a purchase agreement that prevents this from being constructed. All environmental requirements have been received from the governments.
if the Haida are supportive of this project we are golden
