Regulatory Action or

Regulatory Action orShareholder Class Action.

A few of you on this BLOG have made reference to some ongoing or continuing look by the Regulators of Core Gold into the actions of the BOD4.

Can any one of you share some specifics,   either on this BLOG or Private Message me on Stockhouse?     I would be interested to know more details about this.   Which regulator,   looking at which facts   etc...etc.

Ditto For a Class Action.    I might be interested to join.   What lawyer looking at what actions of the BOD4?      Any real details would be greatly appreciated.   Otherwise,   it looks like a bunch of mumbo jumbo with nothing actually happening.

My experiences in the past are that the BC  Securities Commission and the TSX-V are about toothless and worthless for helping minority shareholders of a public company achieve anything worthwhile..............so IF somebody has some traction or some fact to report about a POSITIVE coming from a regulator in Candyland I would like to know.

The judge ruling was a decent watershed event and certainly a big help to CORE,  but we have to have more than that to "win the day" for the public stockholders!
