recommending someone vote yes is crooked. Wouldn't be surprised if that is from someone who is an insider on the deal and trying to save their own skin. The cobalt price is climbing and will continue. Who in their right mind bought shares of this stock with the plan of getting bought out at a loss. Nickle 28 will be a penny stock and probably disappear in a year.
