Canoe EIT Income Fund (the Fund) is a Canada-based closed-end investment trust. 594.63 thousand shares sold at 3:08 p.m. at $10.01. Considering that the daily average is below 150,000 shares - the daily average did not change. One trade (computer generated?) skewed results.

Not sure why this stock is dropping. With my reinvestment program, the lower the price - the better for me. So long as nothing illegal / improper is going on, I am fine with the price (& monthly dividend).

Time will tell...
