so     massive    undetected    fraud    within    the    co.    that    went    undetected     for    sometime     or    someone    knew    but    turned     a  blind    eye    as    they    were   part    of    the   fraud   ?     I   guess    this    is  why    the  former   president   had  to  leave   ?
