Yes and no. Services in Canada look like they are dieting. Need for modular building is evident but no new contracts that I am aware of. Maybe someone else can chime in. If this continues in Canadian Oil and gas sector I see huge layoffs again. That ought to send a message to Ottawa, but knowing the political left, said layoffs would be cheered.
