Barrick continues to disclose in their quarterly reports the legal problems they are immersed in, in Chile.
Barrick is mining in Chile at Zaldvar, the copper property they own with Antofagasta. They also continue to explore two other properties in the El Indio belt.
in my opinion....and because I too have done the due diligence on the legal files posted on PJUD...MT has only ever given the truth of what has been carefully researched, translated and disclosed on this board. The exhaustive research and work MT has published here should be appreciated by all who are legitimate shareholders in MSX. The accounts published on this site have only contained the literal translations of the details of the court cases....just the facts!
i have yet to see any of the other noise makers on this site contest anything MT has posted with supported facts!
Lastly.....the article in El Mercurio on JGT....read like an advertisement for his law office. I failed to glean any “news” from the article. Sounded more to me like JGT was trying to gain exposure and new biz. I guess his current clients might be having difficulty paying his bills!
