These banners include Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson's Bay, Lord & Taylor, and Off 5th in North America and Galeria Kaufhof, Galeria Inno, and Sportarena in Europe. HBC also has investments in real estate joint ventures. In Canada, it has partnered with RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust in the RioCan-HBC joint venture.

RE:RE:Sell L&T for 50 cents/share....LOLLe Tote was valued st about 180 million before the purchase. HBC gets 20% interest so it softens the blow a bit. The lease obligations are for three years. I see it as a positive because those annual  losses really hurt the bottom line for hbc.
