We are very vunerable to a hostile takeover and with board 4 playing silly b*ggers some of the potential deal makers can take over the entire company for under $80m (around 50c).

That would give any new buyers a healthy profit. 

The BOD4 have regulators on their back and the longer they dilly dally the more likely a hostile takeover becomes fact. Core Gold is a billion dollar asset company despite what the BOD4 are advertising. They are trying to take over by stealth (issuing shares to friendlies) but they are being watched by the regulators and of course us very diligently. 

The BOD4 in their attempt to retain control has opened up the hostile takeover scenario more and more. Vertex who currently maybe in BOD4 pocket will sell for 50c and most of Javier family will take it too. With their 7-8m shares plus 9m Titan means a hostile takeover in that 50c range will pass. 

BOD4 will of course try to issue as many shares that it can before Oct 8th to friendlies but with the regulators onto them they will not succeed.

Zhaojin was offering $120m for around 20% of the company now they or similar can take it all for under $80m.

BOD4 can cooperate or be another stupid chapter in Dynasty/Core history book. 

By the way anyone of us can write/call any of them (Zhaojin Silvercorp B2B etc) and say the shareholders would welcome support a hostile action. 

Lets just bypass these nincompoops and take over what is ours.
