Don't look at it every day as of now, but my view is essentially the loss was too big in the quarterly report, about 7mm or so loss due to FX alone + Argentina exposure and higher compensation for management in 2019 compared to 2018...

So looks like the market is adjusting to the current cash balance (32m free cash vs 40m previously)
