It would appear, among the first to be "Wooed" will be the person charged with running it . People with the right qualifications don't grow on trees and a fully operational facility would go a long way towards recruiting the best person (interviews run both ways) . I trust that management has their ducks in a row and have timed the hiring and transition to full producion properly..... Either that or they "just forgot" ;) ;)
