Having said that, in the AGM (slide 24 ) J.Tripp did say " We have an opportunity in front of us as we modeled it, if we invest 1 million$ in the telehealth area it should generate 7-9 million$ in return".

The July 26, 2019 $3.7 million refinancing, gave StageZero the 1 million$ necessary to pursue this 7-9 million$ opportunity.

Meaning... on July 26 2019, this 7-9 million$ opportunity became reachable.
