special commitee mandate....

special commitee mandate....so we know that the special commitee will be sitting down with all the stakeholders for some sort of discussion on HBC valuations. They have already called Baker's offer inadequate-LITT will use this to remove Baker (with needed support from CATALYST etc) as he has commented already that this opening offer was "DOA" and to bring it has cost HBC both a loss in monies and time to get their house in order - Baker knew this and therefore put his own interests ahead of the company - a big no,no when you're the CEO. ..but i digress...The questions that i have is :- did anybody see the commitee wrap-up timeline? I thought i heard 5-6 weeks but can't find it, moe importantly, will the commitee release a fairness price (or range) to the public??? thoughts??? dwdc
